Weather Conditions - If WE have to change or cancel your trip

The Skipper will decide if the weather is good enough to go ahead with the trip. The Skipper also reserves the right to change the type of trip depending on the weather conditions. For example if the weather does not permit offshore wrecking but is fit for an inshore reef trip then the trip will go ahead with the changed itinerary.

In the event we have to cancel your trip due to bad weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, your deposit or full payment will be returned. We will be more than happy to ‘roll over’ the deposit or full payment, towards an alternative future date, subject to availability.

If YOU have to change or cancel your trip

Prior to 48 hours before the trip, we will be more than happy to try and re-book an alternate date, and there will be no liability on your part. Your deposit or full payment will simply be transferred to the new date. If we are unable to find an alternate date, then we will also happily refund the deposit or full payment.
If you have to cancel within 48 hours of the trip departure time, or you do not turn up in time for the departure of the boat, the deposit or full payment will be non-refundable. In the case of a private charter, you will be expected to pay the balance of 75% of the full charter price. This balance will be due on the date of the charter trip.
